Entry I is in development
Entry I is an in-development research and technology project. This website shows selected public research, examples and progress.
Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that Entry I is a finished product, a deployed service, a certified safety system, or a guarantee of future capability or access.
Fictional examples and prototypes
The site includes fictional stories, visual outcomes, prototypes and interactive choices that make the public research question easier to understand.
They are explanatory illustrations. They are not records of actual incidents, evidence of deployed Entry I behaviour, or descriptions of Entry I’s protected implementation.
A fictional booking, payment, stop, wait or failure state shows a possible consequence inside an example. It is not a promise about how any future Entry I product or third-party system will behave.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to its public pages for lawful purposes.
Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, disrupt availability, impersonate another person, harvest contact information, probe systems without permission, or use the site to distribute malicious material.
Do not treat public examples or research material as instructions for operating, authorising or controlling a real-world system.
Public content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Entry I website text, original graphics, visual design, branding and other original material are owned by Eric Churches or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may quote short extracts with attribution where the law permits. These Terms do not grant a licence to copy the site wholesale, republish original visual assets, present Entry I material as your own, or imply endorsement or affiliation.
Signals, enquiries and submissions
You keep ownership of material you submit. By sending a Signal or a Work with Entry I enquiry, you give Entry I non-exclusive permission to receive, store, review, analyse and use that submission internally for research, evaluation and correspondence connected with Entry I.
Do not submit trade secrets, confidential employer or client information, private credentials, source code, unpublished technical solutions, unnecessary personal information about other people, or anything you do not have the right to share.
A first contact is only a conversation. It does not create an employment, contractor, funding, investment, equity, partnership, licensing, confidentiality or intellectual-property relationship. Any such arrangement requires a separate written agreement.
Research, accuracy and reliance
Entry I tries to distinguish public examples, research observations and verified facts, but public material can become outdated, incomplete or contain errors.
Fictional or conceptual material is not evidence that a particular feature exists or is deployed. Public research notes and Signals are not a substitute for checking the underlying sources yourself.
Do not rely on this website as legal, cybersecurity, financial, investment, medical, safety-critical or other professional advice, or as the sole basis for a consequential decision.
External links and third-party material
The site links to research papers, news reports, standards, social platforms and other third-party material for context.
Entry I does not control those services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices or continued content. A link does not mean Entry I endorses the third party or every statement it makes.
No warranties
The public website and its material are provided on an “as available” basis for general information and research communication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entry I does not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, accurate, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entry I and Eric Churches are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on this public website, use or misuse of its public material, temporary unavailability, errors or omissions, or third-party websites and services linked from it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entry I is not responsible for indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss arising from use of the public website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
New Zealand law and contact
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any mandatory rights that apply to you under New Zealand law, or that cannot lawfully be excluded in another jurisdiction, continue to apply.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to eric@entryi.co.
