Who is responsible
Entry I is operated by Eric Churches in New Zealand. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, contact eric@entryi.co.
This statement describes the public website at entryi.co. It does not describe internal research systems, contractor systems or future Entry I products that are not part of this website.
What the website collects
Entry I aims to collect only what is needed for the public website to work. The Send a Signal form may collect the message you submit and, if you choose to provide them, your name, email address and a source link. The Work with Entry I form may collect your reason for contact, name, email address, organisation or affiliation, public profile or website, and message.
Netlify may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser or device details, request time, referrer, approximate location and security logs as part of hosting, protecting and measuring the site.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, review research Signals, operate and secure the website, understand aggregate website traffic, prevent abuse and keep records reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Service providers and transfers
The public site is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms for the Send a Signal and Work with Entry I forms. Netlify may process information outside New Zealand as part of providing hosting, form handling and security services.
Cookies and tracking
This version of entryi.co does not intentionally set Entry I advertising cookies or behavioural tracking identifiers. Hosting services may still process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver, measure and protect the site.
Interactive choices
The homepage story and the Work with Entry I route selector run in your browser. Entry I does not intentionally receive your story choices or route selections merely because you click them.
If you choose a Work with Entry I route, that choice may pre-fill the reason-for-contact field. It is sent only if you submit the enquiry form.
How long information is kept
Entry I keeps personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legal or security requirements, and ordinary record keeping.
Your choices
You can ask Entry I to confirm whether it holds personal information about you and request access to or correction of that information. You can also ask for deletion where appropriate, although some records may need to be retained for legal, security or ordinary record-keeping reasons.
Security
Entry I uses proportionate measures for this public site, including HTTPS through the hosting platform, restrictive browser security headers, limited form fields and separation between public material and protected internal project material. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
